I have lost weight. I now weigh 138 1/2 lbs. , six and a half pounds isn't bad. I was able to go to the gym once last week with a friend who has a membership to the gym I am thinking about joining. I thought it was really busy and we had to wait around to use any of the equipment. Once we did get to use something, we didn't know how to use it. I also wish we could have stayed longer. I still haven't decided if I'll join or not. I also got to try out the Wii Fit. I really enjoyed using it. My whole family had fun. Once I can find them in the stores around here I'm going to get one. I did hurt myself on one of the yoga moves, the palm tree, my calf is still sore and this happened on Saturday.
I have started cleaning Jon's parents house. I knew their house was big but, I didn't realize how big until I cleaned it the first time. I was sore the next day!
I have been eating alright most of the time but I seem to get off track on the weekends. Donuts for breakfast and pizza for dinner ! During the week I do great, salmon, chicken breast, brown rice, lots of veggies, if only I could do that seven days a week. I guess I will make that my goal this week. EAT HEALTHY ALL WEEK LONG. I'll get Jon to take my measurements tonight and post them tomorrow if my computer is working.

About Me
- Jamie
- I am a mother of two, my son, Skylar is 13 and my daughter, Shelby, is 6. I have been married to my husband Jon for almost 14 years. I am the "family historian" for both my husband's and my side of the family. I love to take photographs, read, write (even though I'm not very good at it) make jewelry, Blue Bell ice cream, painted toenails, reality t.v., true crime, Spring and Fall, clean sheets, fluffy pillows (I sleep with at least 3), the way it smells after a rain, my husband telling me I'm beautiful everyday, sleeping late, my kids getting along, a good uncontrollable laugh, making someone else laugh uncontrollably, a good cry, Dr. Pepper, and being around people who make me happy.

The hard part is staying on track but I know you can do it, but take it one day at a time. Or keep a notebook and check yourself off each day, grade yourself on both your physical performance and your eating habits and by having something to reference to, it will definitely motivate you when you think your slipping up. Keep up the good work,Im rooting for you!
ReplyDeleteGood job, Jamie! If you can't figure out how something works at the gym, you can normally ask someone around you, or find someone that works there. Normally people are willing to help.
